Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Service

1.Wash condenser coils.

2. Replacement of 1” standard air filters.

3. Inspect electrical connections at the control boards, capacitors, contractors, relays and motors.

4. Check amperage draws of motors and micro farad readings of capacitors.

5. Record temperature differences across the evaporator coil.

6. Inspect fan blades and squirrel cages for balance and damage.

7. Inspect motors, capacitors and coils for oily residue.

8. Check for correct thermostat operation.

9. Inspect condenser coil condition.

10. Connect refrigerant gauges and record operating pressures as needed.

11. Clear out evaporator coil condensate drains.

Heating Service

1. Replacement of 1” standard air filters.

2. Check for correct thermostat operation.

3. Inspect all motors and electrical connections at the control boards, capacitors, contractors, relays and other miscellaneous electrical components.

4. Check amperage draws of motors and micro farad readings of capacitors.

5. Test equipment operation in heating and determine if the heat rise is within manufacturers specifications.

6. Adjust heat rise as needed.

7. Clean the flame sensor.

8. Check the operation of all furnace safeties.

9. Check for symptoms of failing heat exchangers.

10. Observe burner flame condition.

11. Adjust heat rise as needed through the gas valve.

12. Check for signs of gas leaks.

13. ***Where applicable ****check heat pump for correct operation and wash outdoor coils.
